Travelers' Choice awards are the highest honor TripAdvisor can bestow. Based on millions of reviews and opinions from travelers around the world, these annual awards reflect "the best of the best" for service, quality, and customer satisfaction, from hotels and accommodations to destinations, attractions, and even brands and products.

The LTG Europe awards identify the best holiday destinations, hotels, spas, golf clubs, travel agencies, lifestyle companies, and much more throughout the continent; with its criterion focused on innovation, design, rooms and facilities, gastronomic achievements, service excellence, use of technology, sustainable development, marketing & branding, employee satisfaction, and location.

A good breakfast sets the tone for one’s day; and a good cup of coffee is a crucial part of that.  We would like to give our guests only the best. With that in mind, we get our coffee from a small Czech roasting company called Nordbeans (Liberec). Their coffee – 100% Arabica from Santos in Brasil – is roasted only when ordered and always freshly ground.

But the quality of the coffee alone isn’t enough. So, we depend on our Dutch Hendi drip-coffee-maker to ensure that the coffee gets the treatment it deserves. Hendi have been making their very fine appliances since 1934 and they are celebrated throughout Europe. 

The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.

Taking place in the leafy Malá Strana district on our door step, visitors to this festival can see up to five shows in a night refueling on the way in the theatre bars and rounding the evening up at the Fringe Club. The programme spans the world, with shows coming from as far afield as the US, Australia, Scotland, Japan, Serbia and the Netherlands and run between 30 minutes and an hour in a range of hidden venues - back rooms of cafes, cellars and romanesque buildings. 

Coined Edinburgh's 'naughty grandchild', Prague Fringe celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2011. Since its humble beginnings in 2002, the even has continued to grow in size and popularity. From an audience of only 400 people in the first year the event now attracts around 6000 keen and satisfied attendees each year - all ages and from all walks of life.

The 14th Prague Fringe takes place from 22nd - 30th May 2015.
